I recently spun up Konta for a client who runs a mid-sized construction firm. Right off the bat, the Elementor integration felt smooth drag and drop layout building actually worked without weird glitches, which is more than I can say for some themes. The pre-built demos for real estate and construction are pretty on-point; importing one took minutes and gave us a solid starting point without needing a designer.
Where Konta nulled shines is in its project and property post types. Setting up a portfolio gallery with filters was way easier than coding it from scratch, and the contact forms played nice with WPML when we needed multilingual support. That said, the theme does pack in a few too many niche features I’ll never use feels a tad bloated for a simple brochure site. Also, the documentation is thin in spots; I had to dig through support forums to tweak the header layout just right.
Performance wise, it’s decent out of the box, but you’ll want to disable unused widgets and scripts. If you’re building for a contractor or real estate agency and want to skip custom dev work, Konta’s a no brainer just don’t expect it to be featherlight.
