I’ve been poking around with a lot of agency themes lately, and Affirm nulled recently landed on my desk. It’s one of those themes that looks really slick in the demo but we all know that can be deceiving. So I threw it onto a test site to see what’s what.
First off, the setup is pretty straightforward. If you’ve used a theme with a page builder before you’ll feel right at home. It comes with Elementor, which is a solid choice, and the pre-built templates are genuinely useful for getting a landing page up in minutes. The customization options are all there, from colors to fonts, so you can definitely make it your own without touching a line of code. I was also pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the shop integration worked; setting up WooCommerce was less of a headache than I anticipated.
It’s not all sunshine, though. The documentation feels a bit thin. It covers the basics but if you run into a niche issue, you might be left doing some digging on your own. Also while the theme isn’t bloated, there are a handful of plugins it relies on that you might not need. It’s a minor annoyance, but worth noting for performance purists.
All in all, Affirm is a pretty solid choice for a new agency or freelancer looking to get a professional site online quickly. It has a modern look the core features work well, and the demo content saves a ton of time. It’s not a perfect, all singing, all dancing solution but for the right price point on ThemeForest, it’s a no-brainer for many.
