I was browsing ThemeForest for a quick portfolio setup for a buddy’s agency site and landed on Pine.Demo import fired right up on my local setup, no weird plugin conflicts or anything. It’s got that clean, airy look with hero sliders and masonry grids that don’t scream ‘template’ once you tweak ’em a bit. Responsive too checked it on my phone and it held up fine without squishing images.
Big plus is full Elementor integration dragged in some sections, customized colors in minutes, felt natural.WooCommerce pages came prepped nicely, shop setup smoother than I’d figured for a portfolio theme. Animations are chill, parallax on scroll without lagging my test site. Threw together a full homepage mockup in about 45 minutes, which is a win when you’re not in the mood for heavy lifting.
Only gripe is the docs skim over some custom post type tweaks had to dig into the child theme files for a portfolio filter adjustment.
